As a city of Iowa City employee, I've worked closely with PIP for over three years. I specifically work in the public library as the graphic designer. We order hundreds of print jobs from PIP a year. The orders range from personnel forms to glossy, full-bleed bookmarks, to award ribbons and all has been done with excellence.

I have much experience with the printing industry and PIP has the best customer service and performance. They manage to work with my part-time status, our communication is immediate and deadlines are never compromised. At times, they have managed over fifteen Library orders at one time.

Much of our communication is done by email and phone, but PIP has given has also made a point to invite us to their space, show us how they operate and provide increased support to our communication.

One aspect we especially appreciate is the delivery to the Library. This is a special trip, an addition to delivering to the City's main building and they are always consistent and friendly.

PIP is also up-to-date with technology and provide 'fill-form' pdfs and electronic 'send-a-file' capabilities that save us time and makes ordering easy.

So, whether it's their impressive turnaround time, responsive service, or advanced technology, any company would be fortunate to have PIP has their source for all printed material.

The Logiq E9 Brochure has been the project I have been most satisfied with from PIP. PIP designed a high-end piece, put together a website specific to this project to generate leads and printed the piece as well.
