Frank & Clarice started their PIP Printing franchise in 1984. They have grown the center into one of the most successful franchises in the network and in 2008 were recognized as Franchisees of the Year for the PIP network. They have two dogs, Chloe and Nikita who also spend time at PIP greeting customers.

Dale joined PIP in 1994 as General Manager after graduating from college where he managed a small independent quick print company and graduated with a degree in accounting. Dale loves sales and marketing and in both 2007 & 2008 was named PIP Printing SouthEast Region Salesperson of the Year. Dale is active in the Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador and also serves as the Small Business Council Communications Chair.
