Janet began in the printing industry as a graphic designer with PIP Printing at our location. Most recently she owned and operated her own sign business Baer Signs. Our team is lead by our General Manager, Lori Philley. Lori has a BFA – Graphic Design from Delta State University and has over 17 years with PIP. Lori started as a Graphic Designer and has a complete understanding of your complex file issues. Lori is supported by a staff with experience and loyalty. Lori has extensive knowledge of all aspects of print and sign production to save our clients time and money. She has consulted many of our major clients on data based marketing with emphasis on targeted direct mail. Lori has performed numerous key roles at PIP over the years and works with many corporate clients on their overall marketing strategies and branding. Lori is also available to come to your location for consulting on design, marketing services, printing and/or signs.

At the heart of our marketing and creative services is a highly creative and talented designer, Julie Holt. Julie’s extensive program knowledge in all Adobe Creative Suite Programs only compliments her unique and targeted designs. Our core business philosophy is based on our franchisor’s business plan and from the day to day leadership of our local president, Craig Cowles. Craig’s background includes an extensive corporate background of over 17 years with a Fortune 500 company, Schering-Plough as VP Sales, Central Region Manager. He has extensive consumer products and business to business sales, marketing and management experience. Craig’s experience also includes several years of automotive after-market branding and retail marketing and operations experience. Craig has led the corporate PIP Marketing Steering Committee for two years and was elected by his fellow franchisees to the National Advisory Counsel consisting of 8 franchisees who formulate and shape policy, etc. for the Company. Craig’s guiding principle is that we are a “deadline driven organization with great attention to detail that leads to superior results for our clients”.
