Our Team
Ellen and Steve purchased their PIP franchise in 1980 and are the original owner operators of this location. Their commitment to customer service and quality is unsurpassed. They have built a team of employees that together have many years of experience in the printing industry. They are always available to answer any of your questions. They have enjoyed the many long term relationships they have built with their customers over the years. They have been in South Florida for 40 + 42 years respectfully and have two children, ages 24 & 20.

Matthew joined our team in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative. In 2001 he became our Outside Salesperson. He has focused on his accounts to ensure they receive the best service and quality possible and has maintained his relationships with these accounts for many years. His attention to every detail of every job is unwavering.His background in printing and marketing has helped position him to be a partner with his clients. He is married and has twin boys.
Ruben is our newest addition to our family. He joined us in May, 2009. He comes with over 21 years of printing experience. He services his accounts with care and concern for each individual. He hails from Colombia and has been here in South Florida since 1956. He is fluent in Spanish, German and English. He and his wife have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.

Steve joined our team in September 2008 and has proven to be a very valuable asset, he is a true team player. He came to us with over 27 years of experience in the printing industry. He hails from Connecticut but has been in South Florida for 22 years with his wife and two daughters.
Mariela joined our team in January 2008. She studied Graphic Arts at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and has worked as a Graphic Artist for 6 years. She has tremendous artistic ability and enjoys creating exciting designs for our customers. Mariela comes from Puerto Rico and has been in the Fort Lauderdale area for 9 years.
Winston has been with us for over 23 years. He started as a Pressman and 6 years ago became our Production Manager. He has over 42 years of printing experience. He came here from Jamaica in 1985 with his wife and four children and we have watched his family grow to include 7 grandchildren. He watches over every job that comes through our pressroom with an eagle eye for quality and on time delivery.
Marcelo has been our Pressman for 6 years. He worked at two other PIP locations before joining our team. He focuses on making sure that every job he prints is of the highest quality possible which is what we require to give our customers. He hails from Ecuador and has been in the US for 25 years.
