OMG, so very satisfied! Not only with the quality of my order, but with the phenomenal customer service as well! I was at my wit's end trying to find a solution for this particular paper dilemma! (I was looking for thick A5 sized paper and couldn't find any ANYWHERE!) I called PIP and talked to Kay. I told her what I was looking for, (without even believing they'd be able to help, but I thought I'd ask), and it turns out... THEY COULD TOTALLY DO IT! AND THEY DID IT! lol They do a lot of things there-- as in offering a lot of services and marketing solutions. I'm not sure if what they did for me is the norm, but I sure appreciate Kay and the team working with me and finding a solution and MAKING it the norm! If anyone else does the A5 dot Journaling and needs a good heavier weight paper (size A5) as you set up your 2026 journal, definitely go there for it! I got a great deal and met a bunch of great people!😁 Highly recommend!👍🏾
