PIP went above and beyond for a print job that I sent them. I needed 700 program (8 pages) to be printed for a graduation ceremony and sent them the print job a week before the event. I was anticipating to receive the programs the day of the event since it was a last minute print job. To my surprise, I received the order 2 days before the event! For the last few years, my organization has sent their printed materials to a national chain. The quality was always "fine." I was working on an event that I had not done since 2020 and at that time had used PIP Printing. I decided to go back to PIP and was so glad I did. PIP Palo Alto has done a truly excellent job for our choir, over the 12+ years I've been in charge of placing orders for our scores. They've delivered promptly, have easily accommodated changes or updates, and been good at communication. On our most recent order, I found a few small page-layout mistakes in their printing - a first for us. They apologized for the mistakes, and responded quickly to produce corrected versions the next day. They did this at no cost, and it greatly helped us, in time for our upcoming initial rehearsal. Jennifer, PIP owner in Palo Alto received my 325 cards and envelopes about noontime the Monday before The Big Game, listened to my two photos imprint request, received my emailed photos, suggested I do a personal signature rather than try to match the existing print or find a contrasting font, discussed the best color for ink, sent me two proofs within 24 hours, and completed my printing job perfectly as hoped, for pickup at noon that Thursday. PIP was very quick and professional printing all of the documents for our wedding (table names, place cards, etc).
