I cannot say enough good things about PIP in Tampa, FL. We were in town for a company event and the printer we were working with ahead of the meeting failed us by shorting us two very important posters. We realized this the day of the event around noon and the former printer would not do anything to correct their mistake. Enter PIP, who quite literally came to our rescue and had the posters ready by 4pm the same day. They were so understanding and rushed our order to meet our 5pm deadline. Pip came through with a last-minute print job for our firm that was very well received by our client. I had other materials printed and sent to Pip in order to assemble everything on-site at Pip's facility. Geeta and her daughter were fabulous!! They provided everything I needed to get my proposal assembled and off to the client. I have used PIP on Cypress Ave in Tampa several times and each time they have been wonderful. My most recent small job turned out to be a problem because of the program I had used. I was almost in tears, the staff at PIP came through, got my problem corrected and the order was ready for pick-up in approximately 24 hours -- and this was during the Christmas rush.
