UPDATE: The owner reached out and was very sincere and concerned with my issue. I let him know that this speaks volumes about the company, and he made me feel more valued as a customer. I will be working with the company again for my products! Brittany W. was the person who responded to my quote request. When I sent in the quote it was sent with the day my flyers were needed. I was never told that it couldn’t happen in a short time. It was already created by me, I just needed them printed. When I reached out to check on pick up, I didn’t get a response. She finally responded Monday which made it too late because my show was Saturday. I sent an email back saying it was too late and I never received a response or an apology. I will not be using this service going forward.

I have worked with PIP on several orders, and they have tremendous customer service. They go above and beyond for our company, and we are grateful to have them for printing needs. I am always impressed by their turnaround time and high quality end-products. Highly recommend.

Ordered new business cards and I provided company motto and logo. PIP graphics designer started with 2 proofs for review. I provided some input and designer provided 2 more proofs. We have used PIP printing for our events and facilities for years. We have asked them to do some pretty crazy things- like giant hanging hexagons, multi-sized foam circles and reprints with less than 24 hours to go. They always come through. FamilyCore is beyond satisfied with the wrap that PIP put on our cargo van. During the editing stage, we were grateful to see the final view of what the final wrapping would look like and allowed us to make needed changes. I needed over 300 Thanksgiving cards for employees at my place of employment and needed them on very short notice. They were not only able to get the cards done in the timeframe given but they also delivered them. We recently had banners and yard signs made at PIP as well and the turnaround was quick and quality was good. I would definitely recommend them.
