Working with your team has been incredibly easy. The custom decals I needed for 1:12 scale RC cars turned out great. The team at PIP worked very hard to produce decals that were color rich, highly detailed, and durable while still being thin and flexible enough to be applied to a very complex surface contour. I was very happy that my relatively small project was treated with care and professionalism. Will be returning to PIP for more projects in the future.

Mary "Manager" at the front desk was extremely helpful. If you look up customer service in the dictionary, her picture will be there right beside the definition. I was going in, not knowing what I wanted exactly. I knew I wanted something cleaner than what we previously had. Mary's experience and knowledge and above all else, honesty, resulted in a business card I am happy to hand out. Before the cards were printed, there were several back-and-forths with the drafts. And they were corrected and sent back in a timely manner.
