The absolute best service I could ask for printing service. Chuck patiently guided me through the process of printing my custom card designs while explaining all options. He eventually even helped creating the final files to make sure that the outcome is satisfactory. Went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend anyone to work with PIP of Cary.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company. I created my grandmother's funeral program/ obituary that I needed printed for her service. I was given a quote, which was very reasonable; just a few days later, a sample was provided with an option for regular paper or glossy. This was something I wasn't even aware of as an option. The glossy was beautiful, and the print job was immaculate. The binding in the center with staples was seamless, and the vibrancy in the color of the photos was unmatched. I made several edits before the programs were printed, and the staff never made me feel like I was a bother. At pick up, the gentleman who did the printing left me with such kind words; the job he did nearly brought me to tears, and I know it would have made my grandmother proud. I'm already working on my next project to be printed by them!

What a gem! I cannot say enough good things about PIP. Their speed, quality, and customer service are unmatched. Everything I've printed with them has come out perfectly, but it is my latest order that prompted this review. I needed last-minute signs created for a career fair and accidentally sent them the wrong file, only realizing my mistake upon arrival to pick up the order. Dave went above and beyond to ensure I left happy with the correct prints (and had them ready for me within an hour). My wife and I had a great experience with PIP a few months ago in the lead-up to our wedding! A few days before the wedding, we anxiously searched for someone who could print our ceremony programs and some signs for the reception in time. I had the BEST experience with PIP! I had them do my wedding invitations and they were the lowest quote I could find locally while still not lacking in quality. I ended up having them do multiple proofs for me which feels like such a luxury that many other companies do not offer and they were always extremely helpful and prompt. Above the quality of their work I sincerely enjoyed their customer service and felt valued each time I came into the store (which was a lot of times!). Couldn’t recommend them enough, especially for all of your wedding needs!

I am beyond impressed with the quality & customer service PIP Printing in Cary delivers. Chuck worked hard to ensure the best product at the best price and was outstanding at communicating pertinent information, even over the holidays. Just as a point of comparison, I gathered quotes from two competing local businesses. One of them took a full week to respond and never bothered to call me. The other had much higher prices and wanted to charge an extra fee per print for their design services. To be frank, PIP cuts the BS in all the best and most friendly ways. I'd be happy to recommend them!
